Pork Spare Ribs

Spare ribs are known for their succulent meat.  Whether you roast them in the oven or smoke them with a dry-rub, they are a favorite of everyone!  We sell them by the pack. 1 rack of ribs per pack, each weighing around 1-1.5 lbs per pack.
